Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. shell macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli, floweretts
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. frzn cooked shrimp, thawed
  • 1 tomato, minced
  • 1/3 c. red onion rings
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
  • 1 hard cooked egg, minced
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives

Directions

  1. Prepare shell macaroni according to package directions, add in broccoli during last 2 min of cooking time, drain.
  2. Combine macaroni, broccoli, shrimp, tomatoes, red onion and black olives. Blend together Italian dressing and Mrs. Dash. Toss dressing with salad mix. Garnish with egg. Cover and chill. Serves 6-8.
