  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
  • 1 c. thick 'n chunky salsa
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 pound lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounce. fettucini, cooked and liquid removed

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat butter and saute/fry garlic and onion for 3 to 4 min. Stir in green chilies, salsa, and lime juice, cook till bubbly. Stir in shrimp; cook till shrimp are cooked and turn pink. On a large platter, place fettucini and top with shrimp salsa.
