Shrimp N' Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lg. shrimp, cleaned, shell on tail only
  • 4 garlic cloves, sauteed, sliced
  • 1 stick butter, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • Sliced lemon
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Prepare shrimp, leaving shell on tail end of shrimp. Saute/fry garlic in 2 Tbsp. butter 1 minute. Put shrimp in broiler pan, single layer. Pour over with garlic and place sliced butter on top of shrimp which has been seasoned with pepper. Broil 3 min. Remove from heat. Add in wine. Return to broiler. Broil till sauce is bubbly and shrimp are done. Serve with sliced lemon to sprinkle juice over shrimp.
