Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled & deveined
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- Dash garlic pwdr
- 3 green onions (cut up)
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. water with 2 tbsp. flour mixed in
Directions
- Saute/fry shrimp in butter. Pour in lowfat milk and add in all dry ingredients. Stir and cook 10 min. Add in onions. Add in flour and water, mix, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 min.
- Cook any kind of noodles and serve over noodles.
