Directions

  1. In wok or frying pan, add in oil, garlic, onions. Heat for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in pork. Add in sherry, soy sauce. Cook for 2 min.
  3. Add in shrimp, chicken broth and cornstarch.
  4. Bring to boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
  5. Pour in eggs - stir.
  6. Serve with rice.
