Directions

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in 1 cube butter. Add in onion, saute/fry till transparent. Set aside. Saute/fry garlic in next cube butter, add in shrimp, cook till thoroughly warm. Set aside.
  2. In large pot, heat half and half, after it is warm, add in cheese. When cheese is melted, combine mushroom and shrimp mixtures with cheese. Pour over warm pasta.
