Directions

  1. Thaw frzn shrimp, peel and devein shrimp; set aside. Pour a little boiling water over pea pods and carefully break apart with fork; drain immediately and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 1/2 c. boiling water; add in shrimp, green onions, soy sauce and salt. Return to boiling; cook for 3 min, stirring occasionally. Slowly blend cool water into cornstarch; stir into shrimp mix. Cook, stirring constantly, till mix is thick and bubbly. Add in tomatoes and pea pods. Cook till tomatoes are heated through, about 3 min longer. Serves 12.
