Shrimp Creole Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. COURT BOUILLON
  • 1 1/2 lb Large fresh shrimp
  • 2 c. Cooked & liquid removed fettuccine
  •     Noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. CREOLE SAUCE
  • 1/2 c. Coarsely grated med cheddar
  •     Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Coarsely grated old cheddar
  •     Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Coarsely grated swiss or possibly
  •     Havarti

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Bring court to boil. Add in shrimp & simmer just till cooked through, 3-5 min. Cold, peel & devein. Place noodles in greased shallow dish. Spread shrimp over noodles; pour sauce proportionately over. Combine cheeses & sprinkle over sauce. Bake 25-30 min or possibly till cheese is melted & gold.
