Ingredients
- 1 can Crabmeat
- 2 lb Shrimp, peeled
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stk margarine
- 2Â 1/2 c. Cooked rice, hot
- 1 x Bell pepper, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 2 x Ribs celery, minced
Directions
- Cook seasonings in margarine till tender; add in shrimp and crabmeat. Cook about 20 min. Add in soups; stir well. Combine with rice. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with cheese if you like.
