Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb. pork butt roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (2 TBSP)

Directions

  1. Place meat in a slow cooker
  2. Add water and seasoning mix
  3. Cover
  4. Cook on Low for 8 hours
  5. Remove roast and shred meat with 2 forks
  6. Use in tacos or rolls or use the sauce as gravy and serve over rice
