  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, sesame seed oil, soy sauce and mustard in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate. Put the shredded duck or possibly chicken on top. Pour the dressing over the meat and vegetables just before serving. Serves 4.
