Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg yolk and flour gradually. Add in nuts and vanilla.
  2. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Press down top of each cookie with fork that has been dipped in the unbeaten egg white. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 min.
