Ingredients
- 6 c. minced cooked chicken
- 3 c. sliced green grapes
- 1 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 2 x celery ribs diced
- 3 x green onions chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
- Comments: Serve chicken salad in small grapefruit halves with pulp removed (line grapefruit halves with leaf lettuce). Create a handle for the grapefruit with florist wire, florist tape, and small silk flowers. Bend wire to create handle, insert into citrus shell, and decorate.
