Sherbert Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  •     quart Sugar, heaping
  • 8 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 x Oranges, juice of
  • 3 x Lemons, juice of
  • 1 quart Heavy cream
  • 1 can Pineapple, small, liquid removed
  •     Lowfat milk, whole

Directions

  1. Mix to dissolve sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, and juice of fruit. Add in cream and pineapple. Put mix in a 2 quart. ice cream freezer and top to line with whole lowfat milk.
