Ingredients

6 sm spoons of lemon sorbet
1 Tbsp. vodka

2 Tbsp. Prosecco (sparkling wine), chilled

Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds, till creamy and thick. Serve immediately in a champagne flute.
