Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seed, toasted
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 lb Turkey breast slices
  •     Warm cooked Japanese curly noodles if you like

Directions

  1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or possibly gas grill.
  2. Mix teriyaki sauce, sesame seed and ginger.
  3. Cover and grill turkey 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 min, brushing frequently with sauce mix and turning after 10 min, till no longer pink in center. Throw away any remaining sauce mix.
  4. Serve turkey with noodles.
  5. Yield: 4 servings.* To toast sesame seed, heat in ungreased skillet over medium heat about 2 min, stirring occasionally, till golden.
