Ingredients

  • 1 cup of semiya
  • 1 big sized Onion
  • 1 big sized tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 2 nos. of Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. of Ghee
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. of cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. of urad dhal
  • 2 nos. of Bay leaf
  • OPTIONAL: We can add vegetables like carrot, beans, potato and peas - to make a complete nutritional recipe for our kids
