Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Cut the ribs into large sections.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil on high heat and add in the ribs.
  4. Boil 10 to 15 min, drain, and arrange on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
  5. Combine ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic, corn syrup, brown sugar, cayenne, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  6. Whisk to a smooth consistency.
  7. Arrange rib sections, bone side down, on baking sheet and coat with half the sauce.
  8. Cover with foil and bake on the middle oven rack for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
  9. Heat a grill on medium-low heat.
