Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. crab meat
  • 1 c. cooked shrimp
  • 1 c. cool cooked rice
  • 1 pkg. cooked, frzn English peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lea & Perrins
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 med. size bag potato chips

Directions

  1. Mix all together, except potato chips. Put into casserole, cover with crushed potato chips. Cook 30 min at 325 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
