Ingredients
4 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1 c. minced celery
1 c. crab meat
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. cool cooked rice
1 pkg. cooked, frzn English peas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Lea & Perrins
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. size bag potato chips
Directions
Mix all together, except potato chips. Put into casserole, cover with crushed potato chips. Cook 30 min at 325 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
