Ingredients

  • 500g Hor Fun (Rice Noodle)
  • 50g Fish cake - sliced
  • 100g White fish - sliced, season with some salt, pepper & corn flour
  • 10 Large prawns - cleaned and deveined, season with salt & pepper
  • 1 Squid - cut to small pieces, season with salt & pepper
  • 200g Cai xin - (菜心)cut to 2 inches length
  • 2 tsp Garlic - chopped
  • Sauce Seasoning
  • 600ml Water + 1/2 tbsp Concentrated chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • a drop Sesame oil
  • Mix sauce seasoning in a cup
