Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • Parsley, minced very fine
  • 1 pound cooked fettucini noodles
  • 1/4-1/3 pound each fresh scallops, shrimp & crab

Directions

  1. Saute/fry scallops, shrimp and crab in butter with garlic on medium high heat till shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Don't over cook. Squeeze in lemon juice. Add in wine and cook at high heat for approximately 3 min. Add in Alfredo Sauce mix and cook at low heat for 3-5 min. Toss in cooked noodles and gently mix. Place on hot fish and top with fresh parsley.
