Ingredients

  • 3 pound seafood (shrimp, crawfish, crab)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 med. onion, diced
  • 3 ribs celery, diced
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Garlic pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese (Jalapeno)
  • 1 bag med. egg noodles or possibly Fettuccine noodles

Directions

  1. Saute/fry butter and vegetables for about 30 min. Add in garlic pwdr, seafood, cook about 20 min. Add in half and half, flour, cheese and salt, pepper. Cook for 20 to 30 min, stirring often. Boil noodles then add in to seafood mix. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
