Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) can Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuits
  • 1/2 pound crab meat, rinsed, liquid removed, and flakes
  • 2 1/2 ounce. can tiny shrimp, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 4 ounce. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 8 ounce. can water chestnuts, liquid removed, sliced and quartered

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Separate dough into 12 pcs. Separate each piece into 3 equal layers. Place on prepared cookie sheets.
  2. In small bowl, combine crab, shrimp, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, pimento, parsley flakes, and curry pwdr. Spoon teaspoonful seafood mix onto each dough piece; top with several pcs of water chestnut. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till light golden. Serve warm. Chill leftovers. 36 snacks.
