Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/4 c. fresh onions, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lg. clove garlic
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 30 ounce. seafood (prawns, scallops, sole - or possibly whatever you like)

Directions

  1. Brown onions, mushrooms in garlic and butter till tender. Add in soups. Slowly add in wine and water. Add in seafood and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 min. Better if made and then reheated.
