Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sandwich bread (white)
  • 4 hard-boiled Large eggs, diced
  • 1 lg. onion, diced finely
  • 2 cans cleaned sm. shrimp
  • 1 can shredded crab
  • 3/4 quart. Best Foods mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Butter each slice of bread; don't cut off crusts. Cut each slice into 16 cubes. Mix Large eggs and onion thoroughly and put in refrigerator (covered in glass or possibly plastic bowl) for overnight.
  2. In the morning, add in shrimp, crab, and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Salt lightly and let stand at least 3 hrs before serving. Serves 12.
