Ingredients
- 1 x Iceberg lettuce, head
- 1/4 c. Cheddar, grated
- 1/4 c. Monterey Jack, grated
- 1/2 c. Scallion, grated
- 8 x Tomato, cherry, halved
- 1 c. Chili Cheese Fritos, crushed
- 1 x Avocado, peel/pit/mashed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Picante sauce
Directions
- Tear lettuce into small pcs and combine with cheeses, scallions, and tomatoes. Cover and chill in salad bowl till serving time.
- Combine all ingredients for dressing and mix well. Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle top with crushed chips.
