Scalloped Potatoes 50 Servings

Ingredients

  • 10-12 lbs. peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
  • 3 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 gallon lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Place in 2 greased 12"x20" pans. Sprinkle with the salt. In small kettle heat butter and add in flour and salt. Cook till smooth, stirring about 2 min. Add in lowfat milk slowly in 4 c. amounts. Keep stirring. Cook till thick. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
