Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables, cooked 3-4 minutes.
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Mix together for crust:
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 2 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Mix vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese together. Put in large casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
