Directions

  1. Cut scallops in half, devein shrimp; set aside. Cut pea pods in half. Cook onion and garlic in hot oil and butter for 30 seconds. Add in shrimp, scallops, parsley, basil and red pepper. Cook 3 to 4 min till shrimp and scallops are cooked. Add in pea pods and tomatoes, liquid removed. Cook 2 more min. Toss mix in cooked and liquid removed linguine. Place on platter. Sprinkle with cheese if you like.
