Savoury puff pastry tartlets

Flaky, tasty savoury puff pastry bites. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh (or thawed) puff pastry, cca 250g
  • 12 green olives stuffed with pimiento, sliced
  • 50 g prosciutto, thinly sliced, thorn into small pieces
  • 100 g Emmental (Swiss) cheese, coarsely grated
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into 6 tartlet-size circles.
  2. Coat tartlet moulds with olive oil. Cover each mould with the cut dough.
  3. Divide evenly olives and prosciutto among the tartlets. Cover with cheese.
  4. Bake the tarts in an oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
