• 1 sm Onion, finely minced
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
• 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
• 1 x Red pepper or possibly tabasco
• 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
• 1 cl Garlic, crushed
• 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
• 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
• 3 c. Zucchini, thinly sliced
