Ingredients
- 2 c. Wild Rice Pancake/Waffle Mix
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 x Egg or possibly egg replacer
- 2 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly lowfat milk substitute
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Stir dry ingredients together. Beat liquids together in a separate bowl. Add in dry mix to liquids and stir well.
- Divide into 12 oiled muffin tins and bake for 20 min or possibly till done.
