- 2 x (envelopes) onion soup mix
- 5 x Carrots [quartered]
- 4 x Celery stalks [minced]
- 8 sm Onions
- 2 c. Frzn green beans
- 8 ounce Fresh mushrooms [sliced]
- 1 tsp Sweet basil
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 2 x (cloves) Garlic [crushed]
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 6 lrg Potatoes [peeled & quartered
- Â Â Cavendars Greek seasoning to

Directions
- 1) Rinse goose meat and pat dry, then coat with a mix of flour, and salt & pepper to taste. Brown in oil in a skillet... 2. Place in large roaster and add in water to cover, and the remaining ingredients except potatoes... Bake at 375 for 2 hrs... 3. Reduce heat to 275 , add in the potatoes and bake an additional hour or possibly `til goose is tender... 4. Thicken sauce if you like, remove bay leaves, and serve...
