With all the extra time, I decided to mix it up for breakfast and go the savory route.
Gluten Free Cheesy Corn Grits with Moore’s Honey BBQ Sauce

I used the Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Corn Grits and cooked them according to directions on the box except that I used skim milk instead of water. Once cooked, I added in 1/4 cup skim milk mozzarella.
So creamy. So good.
