Ingredients

  • 3 pound beef brisket
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 1 jar brown gravy

Directions

  1. Place meat in container with tight cover. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Pour dressing on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Pour gravy over and add in sliced mushrooms. Cover; bake 3 hrs at 350 degrees. Slice.
