Ingredients

  • 10 sm Straight green zucchini
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  •     Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut ends off zucchini and slice, lengthwise, in very thin slices.
  2. Put in colander and sprinkle with salt. Stand for 15 min to allow zucchini to disgorge juices. Taste zucchini and if it is too salty, rinse well under cool water. Drain well. Heat butter in a frypan, add in pepper and toss slices for a few min till they are warm. Serve at once. Bon-Appetit, Exec.Chef. Magnus Johansson
