Ingredients
- 4 x 110 g, (4oz) medallions of beef tenderloin
- 220 ml Strong beef stock, (8fl ounce)
- 4 Tbsp. Prickly pear jelly
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Directions
- Season the beef with the salt and pepper. Saute/fry the beef quickly in an oiled frying pan. Serve with the sauce over or possibly under the beef.
