Ingredients

  • 10z (300gr) asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2″ (4cm) lengths
  • 3 green garlic, sliced, including green tops
  • 1/4 cup dry-cured Greek olives – or whatever you like
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs Balsamic vinegar
