  1. Parcook sausages in boiling water. While they are boiling slice peppers and onions in bite-size pcs. Fry peppers, onions and sausages in oil till tender. Drain and slice sausages. Add in peppers and onions; add in to sauce and cook over low heat till sausages are done.
