Directions

  1. Arrange all ingredients in roasting pan or possibly 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper. Add in 1/4 inch water. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 40 min, till sausage is done and potatoes are tender. Serve in deep dish or possibly bowls, with garlic bread or possibly any bread -- for sopping up this delicious broth and a nice tossed salad. Serves 4 to 6.
