Sausage Pizza Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound pork sausage (warm or possibly mild) 1/2 c. green pepper, minced 4 tbsp. minced onions 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano, crushed

2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed (opt.)

Directions

1. Brown sausage; add in green peppers and onion and oregano. Add in a dash of pepper. Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 c. water. Simmer for 5 min. Add in mushrooms and macaroni. Put in a 2-qt casserole dish. Mix half of cheese into mix and top with remaining half. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 min.
