Sausage & Pepper Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound Italian sausage, sliced about 1" (slice while still slightly frzn)
  • 12-16 ounce. Italian style pepper salad
  • 1/2 pound fresh sliced or possibly canned mushrooms
  • 1-2 tbsp. cooking wine
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Fry sausages till completely cooked. Drain well to remove grease. Wipe pan of excess grease. In frying pan on simmer, add in peppers, mushrooms and wine; stir well. Add in sausage and continue to simmer till ready to serve.
