Directions

  1. Combine the sausage, bread crumbs and Large eggs. Form into meatballs. Brown the meatballs well and drain.
  2. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and red wine vinegar, in a saucepan. Heat and stir till sauce is smooth. Add in the meatballs to the sauce and simmer 30 min. This can be frzn and reheated in a moderate oven 30 min.
