Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 med Fennel bulb, slice thin
- 1/3 c. Onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x 12" pizza crust
- 1/3 c. Marinara sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 med Tomato, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Basil, julienned
Directions
- Cook sausage for 6 to 8 min; set aside. Add in fennel, onion and salt to skillet and cook till fennel begins to brown, 5 to 8 min; cover and cook 5 min till tender. Spread crust with sauce. Top with sausage, fennel mix, cheeses, tomatoes and basil. Bake 10 min. Per Slice 300
