Directions

  1. Heat oil in pain, cook sausages over heat for 15 mins, remove, cold, cut into thick slices. Combine sausages, onion, potato, peas & combined soup & water in pan, stir over heat till mix boils, simmer covered 20 mins, stirring often, till potatoes are cooked. Place in casserole, sprinkle with oat crumble, bake in mod oven 15 mins or possibly till browned.
  2. Oat Crumble: combine oats & flour in bowl, rub in butter.
