Sausage Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

1 pound warm sausage, cooked and liquid removed
8 ounce. mild cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 c. minced bell pepper
1/2 med. white onion, minced

Directions

Mix ingredients together, thoroughly press into large greased glass pan. In large bowl mix 3/4 c. Bisquick, 3 Large eggs beaten, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Pour over cheese, sausage mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden.
