Sausage Balls

A great appetizer during the holidays or any time of the year!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs breakfast sausage, uncooked
  • 4 cups Bisquick-type baking mix
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Use flour or extra baking mix to coat hands. Roll mixture into 1-2 inch balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. or to the desired doneness.
