  1. Brown sausage in large skillet; remove. Keep hot. Pour off drippings, returning 2 Tbsp. to the skillet. Saute/fry garlic, onions, and celery till onions are transparent. Then add in rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir in beans, tomatoes, and sausage. Simmer about 8-10 min. Serve immediately.
