1 apple, cored and minced
2 teaspoon caraway seed
6 knockwurst or possibly 1 pound cocktail franks

Directions

In a large saucepan combine sauerkraut, beer, onion, apple and caraway seed. Cover lightly and simmer 20 min. Add in knockwurst or possibly cocktail franks. Simmer another 15 min.
