  • 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 8 ounce. pkg. wide noodles
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 soup cans lowfat milk
  • 27 ounce. can sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Grease a medium sized roaster. Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Cook noodles. Drain and add in butter. Place noodles in roaster. Top with hamburger then sauerkraut. Combine soups and lowfat milk. Pour mix over sauerkraut. Dot with 2 Tbsp. butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
